Chia Seed Pudding
1/4 C chia seeds
1 C liquid (I used coconut milk)
Sweetener to taste (I used a drizzle of maple syrup)
Add-ins of choice (I used blueberries)
Mix together and leave in fridge for a few hours until it gets thick and gooey. Tastes delicious and added bonus of it looks like you’re eating a bowl of bugs and eyeballs.
My friend Mary Kate did goat’s milk, honey and vanilla, and said it was amazing.
